Introduction

I designed Brocr, a productivity platform tailored for real estate agents. The goal was to unify fragmented tools into a seamless workspace, enabling professionals to manage properties, clients, tasks, and appointments in one place. I led the UX, UI, and interaction design across the entire product lifecycle - helping transform a feature-rich but underperforming app into a modern, agent-first platform.

The Challenge

Real estate professionals juggle dozens of tasks daily - scheduling, property intake, compliance, client communication, and team collaboration. Our task was to simplify these workflows without stripping away functionality. At the same time, we needed to design for both desktop and tablet use, ensuring real-time access during property tours and on the go. I also helped balance input from multiple stakeholders while working closely with developers on implementation using Material UI.

The Process

I began with workshops and UX audits to understand user pain points and business goals. From there, I mapped detailed user flows for every path in the app - including edge cases and unhappy scenarios - to ensure nothing was left ambiguous. I then created low-fidelity wireframes and gradually evolved them into polished UI screens that matched current design standards and device expectations.

Key Features

One of the most powerful parts of Brocr is how it brings together many critical features into one cohesive experience. I designed a dashboard that keeps agents updated with tasks, meetings, and performance KPIs. The task management module supports collaboration with real-time visibility into status and assignees. For fieldwork, the PIM (Property Information Management) tool lets agents log property details live on-site using their tablet. I also helped develop the Workflow Automation system, enabling users to build custom flows with triggers and actions that simplify repetitive tasks. The calendar and appointment tools allow agents to manage meetings and link them to specific properties - all from one screen.

Thanks to the dashboard, real estate agents can easily control their daily work with the most important information on board. The latest emails, scheduled meetings and tasks, everything at hand. But that is not all. Thanks to KPIs, agents can control their performance and get better every day.

Keep track of all your tasks

Keep track of all your tasks

Create and assign tasks and requests, plan, prioritise and discuss your team's work with all relevant information and full visibility because you know exactly how to do it. All this features you can find in our application!

Describe property like never before

Describe property like never before

The biggest part of an estate agent's job is describing properties for their clients. Thanks to the amazing PIM feature, agents can describe a property on the very first property tour by holding the tablet in their hands and tapping out all the essential information one by one.

Automate your workflow

Automate your workflow

Following users' needs and pains, we created "Workflow" to Bricker application. This magic function enables agents to create personal, automatisation paths with multiple actions for your daily triggers. Start from hundreds of examples or drag and drop to create your own path. Just easy it is!

Visual Language

I developed a scalable component library using atomic design principles. This approach helped us maintain consistency, improve development speed, and prepare for future feature expansion. The visual identity was grounded in a clean, geometric aesthetic using the Poppins typeface, supported by soft gradients and a flexible grid system (12-column, 8px spacing). Everything was optimized for clarity, ease of use, and responsiveness across devices.

Outcome

The final result is a robust, user-centric real estate platform that empowers agents to work more efficiently and intuitively. With Brocr, users can manage every aspect of their workflow from a single app, whether they’re in the office or at a property site. My contributions helped elevate usability, visual quality, and product scalability, delivering tangible value to both users and the business.
