Introduction
I led the design process of creation Nexus, a web platform that simplifies how agencies plan, staff, and manage projects. It empowers operations and sales teams to match the right people to the right roles with clarity and precision. My responsibilities included UX research, UI design, and the creation of a scalable design system - all tailored to accelerate MVP development and reduce friction in cross-team collaboration.

The Challenge
The platform had to make a messy process more organized. Agencies were using scattered spreadsheets, old tools, and disconnected information to plan their teams β which often led to the wrong people being assigned, lost opportunities, and a lot of manual work. The main challenge was to design something that worked well for four different user groups, while keeping it simple and easy to build using Material UI framework.

The Process
We kicked off with stakeholder workshops and in-depth interviews to understand pain points across sales, delivery, and planning teams. I mapped out the end-to-end user flows, designed wireframes, and prototyped key interactions. I conducted usability testing using a Figma prototype, validating the experience through task-based scenarios and interviews before design handoff.

Outcome
The product was handed off after testing and final documentation for MVP implementation. While I didnβt stay through the release phase, my work laid the foundation for a scalable and efficient solution that aligned deeply with user needs and agency realities. The Figma prototype was validated in pre-launch usability tests, ensuring high confidence in usability and flow clarity.
